Camerapixo Press is an independent platform and international association for visual journalists, photographers, filmmakers, storytellers, and creative professionals who want to build credibility, gain access, and publish their work professionally.
Founded in 2009, Camerapixo Press operates under 360 Heller Media and represents the Independent Visual Journalism Association (IVJA).

Through our Photojournalism Academy, digital magazines, and press support tools, we help our members develop their careers, request media access, and grow as independent visual professionals.
We provide official Press ID Cards, offer real publishing opportunities, and support creators with DigiCardOne, a modern digital card and portfolio tool for creatives and business owners.

WHY DOES CAMERAPIXO PRESS NOW INCLUDE “ASSOCIATION” IN ITS NAME?

Yes — over the years, Camerapixo Press has grown from an independent publishing brand into a full platform supporting professional visual storytellers. By introducing the Independent Visual Journalism Association (IVJA), we officially acknowledge the expanding role we play as a global community hub for photographers, filmmakers, and creators.

WHAT IS CAMERAPIXO MEMBERSHIP?

Membership gives you access to a full suite of tools for publishing, accreditation, marketing, and education. We offer three flexible options:

• PRESS MEMBERSHIP includes the Press ID Card (digital or printed), a DigiCardOne digital business card, and a flipbook portfolio.
• ACADEMY PASS unlocks the entire Photojournalism Academy library, including audio lessons, Mini Courses, Weekly Assignments, Photography Challenges, and certificates.
• BUSINESS CONNECT provides a DigiCardOne card, a modular online profile, publishing options, and interview features (without a Press ID Card).

DOES CAMERAPIXO PRESS OFFER AN ONLINE ACADEMY AND CERTIFIED ONLINE COURSES?

Yes. The Academy offers professionally narrated audio lessons combined with downloadable study guides. Each course teaches real-world knowledge for photojournalism, visual media, and personal branding. After completing courses and final exams, you receive a Certificate of Completion.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PHOTOJOURNALISM ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP?

Academy Membership includes full access to all core courses, Mini Courses, Weekly Photojournalism Assignments, Photography Challenges, downloadable materials, and certification exams. Members can learn at their own pace, build a verified portfolio, and prepare for professional accreditation.

WHAT IS DIGICARDONE AND HOW IS IT USED?

DigiCardOne is an advanced digital business card platform. It lets you create a customizable profile with photos, videos, social media, and contact details. The system is integrated into Camerapixo Press accounts, so you can manage your digital card and public profile together. DigiCardOne is ideal for photographers, creatives, business professionals, and photo models who want to present themselves professionally online.

IS DIGICARDONE A GOOD OPTION FOR PHOTO MODELS?

Yes. DigiCardOne is ideal for photo models who want to share a digital profile with portfolios, measurements, booking links, and social media. It also allows you to display your Kavyar.com logo if you have a profile there.

CAN MY WORK BE PUBLISHED WITH CAMERAPIXO PRESS?

As a Camerapixo Press member, you can publish an unlimited number of times in our digital press magazines, where each publication includes a selection of images (usually a few per feature). These are curated group issues, open to all certified members.

You also have the opportunity to publish up to 12 dedicated standalone reportages per calendar year for free, using our professionally designed templates. These templates ensure high-quality layout and presentation. Suppose you’d like to publish more than 12 standalone issues or prefer a fully customized design. In that case, you can order additional publications — our editorial team will design and publish them for you (paid option).

This flexible publishing model supports both regular visibility and professional portfolio development for photographers, photo models, and journalists.

WHO CAN SUBMIT WORK FOR PUBLICATION?

The primary mission of our magazine is to promote photography, video, and journalism, ensuring coverage of all photographers, videographers, and journalists—both professionals and amateurs—who capture and document moments in captivating ways. Whether you are a photographer, videographer, or journalist, your work can become part of our global collection and be seen by thousands of people worldwide. We encourage you to submit your photography, video work, or articles for review. Our team carefully considers each submission and will notify you if your work is selected for publication in one of our magazines.

Camerapixo Press is an independent, international publisher that publishes several themed publications dedicated to photography and video. All our publications are presently available in English as digital and printed editions. They present portfolios of photographers and videographers worldwide, including famous, lesser-known, and beginner photographers, videographers, photojournalists, writers, and journalists. We promote, inspire, and show the vast dimensions of photography and photojournalism. Our publications reach tens of thousands of readers from over 88 countries every month. Camerapixo Press has built a robust community of professionals in the past 16 years. Our magazines and books are distinctive and modern, featuring exceptional design and high-quality printing.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE ALL MATERIALS SO YOU CAN CREATE AND PUBLISH MY PDF PUBLICATION?

Please follow these guidelines to ensure your publication meets our requirements:

• Photos must be 72 dpi, 2000px on the long edge, no more than 72 dpi.
• The final PDF file must not exceed 50 MB.
• Provide a short description of the event, including the type of event and location.
• Include up to 8 tags (keywords).
• Submit a top banner image (2000px on the long edge) representing the publication.
• Include the title of the publication.

If the PDF file is too large, we will not be able to publish it. You must also send it first for review.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE ALL MATERIALS SO YOU CAN PUBLISH MY PDF PUBLICATION?

Depending on the type of publication, we require the following:

• All photos must be: (minimum 240dpi (the best 300dpi), minimum 2500px on the long edge, RGB, JPEG, no watermark or logo on the photos);
• All video links must come from Vimeo.com or Youtube.com
• Self-portrait image (if publish the first time) W:800px x H:800px, 240dpi, RGB, jpg;
• Information about your photography (short bio)… number of characters to describe the photographer: 2.400 max.;
• Logo (optional) as. EPS format (all fonts converted to curves) or. PSD format (transparent, 300dpi);
• Your website URL (if published the first time);
• Your social media sites (optional if published the first time);
• Blog URL (optional);
• You can also send information about the collaboration with stylists and make-up artists and place their web addresses.
• A signed photography release form is required if you are not a Camerapixo Press member yet.

WHERE TO SEND YOUR PHOTOS FOR PUBLICATION IN THE MAGAZINE OR REPORTAGE?

On your dashboard, navigate to the GET PUBLISHED section and select the option that best suits your publishing needs. For example, if you wish to showcase your photography, choose the Photo Magazine option to submit your photos for inclusion in our photography magazines. You can edit your uploaded photos as many times as necessary before publication. Once your photos are published, they will be removed from this section, allowing you to upload new work for future submissions.

WHY CAN’T I SEE MY PROFILE LISTED IN THE MEMBER DIRECTORY?

There are a few reasons for this:

• Your account has expired.
• You did not fill out all the required information in your account, such as avatar (self-portrait), full name, country, one top cover photo, and one photography category.
• You did not turn the ON/OFF switch in your profile: Make my online profile VISIBLE in the member directory. This option is not required if you don’t need to showcase your online profile.
• Your membership type does not include an online profile. For example, DigiCardOne membership does not feature an online profile in the member directory.

DO YOU REQUIRE A SIGNED PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE FORM WHEN PUBLISHING IN THE MAGAZINE OR BOOK?

If you are a Camerapixo Press Member, we do not require a signed release from you, as you have already agreed to all Terms and Conditions upon approval of your membership. However, you are personally responsible for having signed photography release forms for all the people featured in your published work, especially when submitting photos of public figures, celebrities, or professional models. We reserve the right to request proof of such releases at any time.

If you are not a member and have been invited by the Camerapixo Team to submit your work, a signed Photography Release Form will be required before we publish your images.
You will receive the form via email, and it must be signed and returned along with your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

WILL YOU REQUIRE A SIGNED MODEL RELEASE FORM?

By submitting photos to Camerapixo Press, you confirm that you hold full rights and authorization to publish the submitted material. While we do not require a signed model release form, it is mandatory that you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the content you submit by completing the Photography Release Form. Camerapixo Press is not liable for any legal issues arising from the unauthorized use or publication of photos. It is the sole responsibility of the photographer to ensure that all necessary permissions have been obtained before submission. Any legal claims, disputes, or damages resulting from a photographer’s failure to secure the proper rights will be the responsibility of the photographer, not Camerapixo Press.

WHAT ARE THE FORMATS OF YOUR PUBLICATIONS?

Camerapixo Press photo-video magazines and books are available in the following formats:

• ONLINE – We keep it free to connect with as broad an audience as possible around the world.
• PDF – Some of our publications are available for free download in PDF format, while others require a paid subscription. Please remember that all FREE PDF files are in a resolution unsuitable for good QUALITY PRINTING.

DOES CAMERAPIXO PRESS AWARD PHOTOGRAPHS AND THEIR AUTHORS?

We discover and publish amazing photographers and videographers from around the world… The best ones receive Camerapixo photography awards. In each Camerapixo Press issue, we award the best photos/videos. There’s nothing more flattering than being appreciated for what you do, especially in a highly competitive field like photography or video, so we encourage photographers and videographers to keep submitting their best shots. Awarded photographers and videographers receive a Certificate of Achievement, which can be downloaded online from the TOOLS section. We give two photography awards:

ARE THE PHOTOS and VIDEOS PRESENTED IN CAMERAPIXO PRESS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT?

All photographs and videos published in the Camerapixo Press magazine and online have been authorized by the photographers and videographers to be posted and are protected under international copyright law. It is forbidden to copy or use them in any other form without written permission. All trademarks, graphic designs, logos, names, and other data published in the magazine are protected by copyright and belong to their respective owners. Camerapixo Press promotes photographers, videographers, and photography/videos on many platforms, websites, and social media networks. We reserve the right to use photographs published in our magazines to promote their authors (with their permission) and Camerapixo Press magazines, including our services.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON ACCOUNT DELETION FOR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR OR OFFENSIVE, VULGAR EMAILS?

Our policy is clear: we do not tolerate inappropriate behavior or offensive, vulgar emails. Accounts associated with such behavior may be deleted immediately without prior notice or explanation. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment for all users and will take necessary actions to uphold these standards.

HOW LONG SHOULD AN INTERVIEW BE?

The minimum requirement for an interview on the blog is 800–1500 words. Each question should have a detailed answer, consisting of at least three to eight sentences, to provide valuable and engaging content. To meet these standards, ensure the interview includes relevant insights, context, and at least one accompanying photo for each question and answer, for a visually appealing presentation. We are committed to maintaining the highest quality of published materials and upholding strict standards for all content shared on our platform. Interviews that do not meet these requirements cannot be published.

HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

First, we are very sorry to let you go. It is a straightforward and efficient process. You must be logged in to see and use the delete button under member info. All your data and information will be deleted entirely from our system. Please remember, there is no way back! Also, all connections to your published magazines, books, e-books, and reportage will be lost.
