I first approached photography as a way to collect references for my airbrushing projects—yet, almost unexpectedly, it became my primary creative outlet. Over time, the camera replaced the airbrush, and photography grew into a deep passion, blending technical curiosity with artistic exploration. While I began with analogue photography, my true evolution started when I discovered the emotional power and visual poetry of macro and infrared imagery. I’ve always been drawn to the capacity of photography to balance aesthetic elegance with emotional resonance. My approach to image-making is intuitive: I shoot with the heart, and through post-processing, I strive to give each image its soul. Though I have no formal qualifications, I’ve been honoured to receive international recognition, including first place in the Butterflies category of the Luminar Bug Awards 2020 and a third place in Camera Jabber Photographer of the Year.
