No materials from this website — including logos, press cards, PDFs, images, text, or design elements — may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, modified, distributed, or used in any form without prior written consent from Camerapixo Press, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This applies to both digital and printed use in personal, editorial, promotional, or commercial contexts, and includes all Academy course content, videos, audio recordings, downloadable templates, guides, and other training materials.

Submission of Photographic Works – Editorial Rights

By submitting any photographic works (single images, photo series, or other visual materials) to Camerapixo Press for review, consideration, or publication, you agree to the following terms:

Right to Refuse Publication and Editorial Evaluation

Camerapixo Press reserves the right to refuse publication, not use, or reject submitted materials at any time — especially unsolicited works — without any obligation to provide a reason.
The decision on whether a submitted work is suitable for publication rests solely with the editorial team. Rejection may occur at the initial selection stage or at any point in the editorial process.
Submission of materials does not guarantee publication or any form of payment.

No Alteration of Content Without the Author’s Consent

Camerapixo Press will not make changes to the factual content, subject matter, or integrity of your work without your consent. We respect your vision and authorship.

Right to Adjust Images for Presentation Purposes

You grant Camerapixo Press the right, at the sole discretion of the editorial team, to perform only those modifications necessary for layout and presentation purposes, including:

  • cropping or reframing to fit the page layout or digital format,
  • adjusting orientation or aspect ratio for visual consistency,
  • resizing for online or print publication.

All adjustments to exposure, contrast, or colors may only be made by the author of the image.

Limitations in Color and Quality Reproduction

When creating digital documents and online publications, Camerapixo Press has no control over the exact color reproduction of submitted works.

Materials may be automatically processed by the software used for publication, which can cause minor differences in color, contrast, or saturation compared to the original.

Camerapixo Press accepts no responsibility for differences resulting from file conversion between color spaces (including RGB, sRGB, Adobe RGB, CMYK) or from limitations of display devices (monitors, TVs, tablets, phones) and individual viewer settings.

When digital files are printed by third parties (including photographers), Camerapixo Press is not responsible for the final print result, including color reproduction, contrast, saturation, sharpness, or the quality of paper and inks used.

Technical Specifications of Files

The author is responsible for delivering files that meet the technical specifications required by Camerapixo Press. Any quality issues in publication resulting from low resolution, incorrect color space, or other technical errors are the sole responsibility of the author.

Final Layout and Presentation

All decisions regarding the final framing, placement, and presentation of the image within Camerapixo Press publications (both print and digital) rest solely with the editorial team. This also includes the selection of accompanying text, captions, and headlines, provided they remain factually accurate.

No Obligation to Follow Detailed Author Instructions

Camerapixo Press is under no obligation to follow detailed instructions regarding cropping, layout, or positioning of submitted works. Collaboration and suggestions are welcome; however, all editorial and design decisions are made to maintain the overall quality and visual consistency of the publication.

Archival Publications and Reissues

Camerapixo Press reserves the right to reuse submitted and published works in archival editions, reissues, or other forms of publication without the need for renewed contact with the author, while adhering to the terms of this policy.

No Return of Submitted Materials and Archiving Policy

Materials submitted to Camerapixo Press, once published, are archived primarily in the form of final magazine issues in PDF format. Archiving serves to preserve the complete history of publications, enable reissues in digital archives, and protect the integrity of published content. Archived PDF files are stored on secure media and servers with access restricted to authorized members of the editorial team.

In addition, Camerapixo Press may retain individual source files of submitted works solely for internal editorial purposes, including re-publication, archival preservation, or the preparation of revised editions. These source files will not be made available to the author or any third party, except as required by law.

The author is solely responsible for maintaining their own copies of all submitted materials. Upon written request, materials may be removed from future publications or online archives, provided they are not part of already published issues whose editorial integrity requires retaining the original form.

Withdrawal of Published Works

After publication, any request to withdraw a work must be submitted in writing and will be considered solely at the discretion of Camerapixo Press. We reserve the right to deny withdrawal requests if removal would affect editorial integrity, ongoing issues, or already distributed publications.

By submitting materials, you confirm that you are the sole copyright holder of the work and that you have obtained all necessary permissions for the publication of any recognizable people, trademarks, artworks, or locations depicted in the image.

No Employment or Financial Obligation

Camerapixo Press does not employ contributors, photographers, or members as salaried employees, nor does it engage them as paid contractors unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. All members and contributors operate solely on their own behalf, independently, and without any financial connection to Camerapixo Press.

Submission of works, including photo reports, is done voluntarily and at the sole discretion of the author. Camerapixo Press is under no obligation to cover, reimburse, or otherwise compensate for any costs incurred by the author in the course of creating materials, including but not limited to travel, transportation, accommodation, meals, event tickets, equipment, or other expenses.

If a member has been granted accreditation to an event through Camerapixo Press (including by virtue of holding an official Camerapixo Press ID Card), they agree to provide a basic, selected set of materials from that event for publication on Camerapixo Press platforms. This obligation exists regardless of whether the author has entered into separate agreements to sell or license images to third parties, including event organizers.

The granting of accreditation does not create any entitlement to payment from Camerapixo Press. All costs related to attending and covering an event are the sole responsibility of the accredited member. Camerapixo Press does not take part in, nor does it interfere with, any separate commercial arrangements the author may make regarding their work.

A photographer is free to collaborate with an event organizer on any terms mutually agreed upon between them. Camerapixo Press is not a party to such arrangements, does not review their content, and does not charge any fees, commissions, or other payments in connection with such collaborations.

Additional Legal Terms and Protections

Indemnification
The author agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Camerapixo Press, its owners, editors, staff, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to any material submitted by the author that infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of third parties, or violates any applicable law.

12. Moral Rights Waiver (Where Permitted by Law)
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the contributor waives any moral rights, including the right to be identified as the author or to object to derogatory treatment of the work, that they may have in the submitted materials, allowing Camerapixo Press to adapt, modify, or otherwise use the materials as permitted under these terms.

13. Indemnification for Third-Party Claims
The contributor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camerapixo Press, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or related to any alleged or actual breach of these terms, infringement of intellectual property rights, or violation of any law or regulation by the contributor or the submitted materials.

14. No Legal Cost Responsibility
Camerapixo Press shall not be responsible for any legal fees, costs, or expenses incurred by the contributor in connection with any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding, except where such allocation of costs is prohibited by applicable law. All such costs shall be the sole responsibility of the contributor.

Online Academy – Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Duration
All courses and training offered within the Camerapixo Press Online Academy are linked to a one-year membership period, calculated from the date of purchase. The student must complete the course during their active membership. Once the membership expires, it is no longer possible to receive grades, a certificate, or pass the final exam.

2. Submissions and Privacy
Materials (e.g., assignments, final exams) submitted by the student for evaluation are used solely for the purpose of knowledge verification and are not published or shared with third parties.
An exception applies when the student voluntarily and explicitly submits photographs or other materials for publication — in such cases, the rules described in the Publication Terms apply.

3. Restricted Access Materials
All educational materials provided to students within the Academy (including audio, PDF, video, infographics, exercises) are protected by copyright law. Copying, distributing, publishing online, or sharing any course content with third parties is prohibited.

4. Access Requirements
Some courses and materials may be available only to holders of a valid Press ID Card. The editorial team of Camerapixo Press decides which materials are subject to this requirement.

5. No Liability for External Service Interruptions
Camerapixo Press is not responsible for interruptions in access to courses caused by failures, updates, or other technical issues on the side of external service providers (e.g., hosting, internet providers). Lack of access due to such causes does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Non-Refundable Personalized Products
Personalized products, including digital memberships and subscriptions, are non-refundable.

7. Internal Certificates
Certificates of course completion issued by the Camerapixo Press Online Academy are internal documents confirming participation in the training but do not constitute official state qualifications.

8. Independence and Inclusivity
Camerapixo Press Online Academy is fully independent and not politically affiliated with any group. Any person, regardless of views, values, or background, may enroll in a course to gain and expand their knowledge.

9. Program Updates
Camerapixo Press reserves the right to modify course content, materials, and schedules during the membership period in order to improve quality and keep content up to date.

10. Learning Outcomes Disclaimer
Camerapixo Press does not guarantee the achievement of specific results, skill levels, or career outcomes upon completing courses. Learning results depend solely on the participant’s individual engagement.

11. Account Security
The student is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login and password and must not share access credentials with others. In case of misuse, Camerapixo Press reserves the right to block course access without a refund.

12. Right to Remove Participants
Camerapixo Press reserves the right to remove a student from the Online Academy in the event of a violation of these terms, particularly in cases of unauthorized sharing of materials or actions that damage the reputation of Camerapixo Press. In such cases, fees are non-refundable.

13. Prohibition on Use for AI Training
Camerapixo Press does not use materials submitted by students to train any artificial intelligence (AI) models.

14. Responsibility for Submitted Materials
The student bears full legal responsibility for any materials they submit (including photographs, text, video, audio), particularly ensuring they hold full copyright or a license allowing their use within the course. Camerapixo Press is not liable for any third-party claims arising from copyright or other rights infringements by the student.

15. Prohibition on Sharing Access with Third Parties
Membership and course access are for individual use only. Sharing login details, course materials, or other Online Academy resources with third parties, whether for payment or free of charge, is prohibited.

16. Final Provisions
All matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws applicable to the registered seat of Camerapixo Press. Camerapixo Press reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with updates published on the website.

Liability

Our website and the materials on our website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. To the extent permitted by law, Camerapixo Press makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Camerapixo Press or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this website or the materials on this website, even if Camerapixo Press or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.

In the context of this agreement, “consequential loss” includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Educational materials, online courses, and Academy content provided through Camerapixo Press are for informational and skill development purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, official accreditation, or a guarantee of any specific outcomes or employment opportunities. Certain courses may include optional exams and, upon successful completion, provide a Camerapixo Press-issued certificate confirming that you have completed the training requirements. These certificates are informational in nature and are not equivalent to formal academic degrees, state-issued licenses, or legally recognized credentials. You acknowledge that participation in Academy programs is voluntary and any reliance on such content or certificates is at your sole discretion and risk.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on our website are not comprehensive and are for general information purposes only. Camerapixo Press does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on this website, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any resources linked to this website.

Camerapixo Press has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval, or control by Camerapixo Press of the site. Use of any such linked site is at your own risk and we strongly advise you make your own investigations with respect to the suitability of those sites.

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your right to use our website and terminate these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service. Repeated breaches of Academy guidelines, including unauthorized sharing of educational content or disruptive conduct in Academy-related activities, may result in immediate termination of your account and access to all services.

Subscription and Access to Educational Content

By registering an account or purchasing access to any Camerapixo Press Academy course, downloadable material, or membership plan, you agree to the following:

  • Creating a user account may grant you limited free access to selected Academy materials or sample content for trial purposes. The scope of free materials is determined solely by Camerapixo Press and may change over time.
  • Access to paid Academy courses, downloads, or members-only content is granted for the specific duration stated at the time of purchase (for example, 12 months) and does not renew automatically.
  • After the access period expires, you must manually purchase a new access period or membership if you wish to continue using paid Academy content.
  • You may request cancellation of access at any time by contacting our support team; however, cancellation does not entitle you to any refund of fees already paid, unless required by applicable law.
  • Certain Academy courses or materials may be offered with limited enrollment periods, time-limited access, or additional conditions as described on the relevant Academy product pages.

Severance

Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Acceptable Use Policy

This acceptable use policy covers the products, services, and technologies (collectively referred to as the “Products”) provided by Camerapixo Press under any ongoing agreement. It’s designed to protect us, our customers, and the general Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activity.

Camerapixo Press customers found engaging in activities prohibited by this acceptable use policy can be liable for service suspension and account termination. In extreme cases, we may be legally obliged to report such customers to the relevant authorities.

Fair use

We provide our facilities with the assumption your use will be “business as usual”, as per our offer schedule. If your use is considered to be excessive, then additional fees may be charged, or capacity may be restricted.

We are opposed to all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement, and/or any action that harms or disadvantages any group, individual, or resource. We expect our customers and, where applicable, their users (“end-users”) to likewise engage our Products with similar intent.

Customer accountability

We regard our customers as being responsible for their own actions as well as for the actions of anyone using our Products with the customer’s permission. This responsibility also applies to anyone using our Products on an unauthorized basis as a result of the customer’s failure to put in place reasonable security measures.

By accepting Products from us, our customers agree to ensure adherence to this policy on behalf of anyone using the Products as their end users. Complaints regarding the actions of customers or their end-users will be forwarded to the nominated contact for the account in question.

If a customer — or their end-user or anyone using our Products as a result of the customer — violates our acceptable use policy, we reserve the right to terminate any Products associated with the offending account or the account itself or take any remedial or preventative action we deem appropriate, without notice. To the extent permitted by law, no credit will be available for interruptions of service resulting from any violation of our acceptable use policy.
