Regarding the Misuse of Our Slogan and Logo by an Unaffiliated Group

We want to officially state that Camerapixo Press has no affiliation with the Facebook group currently using the title “Being Published Matters 2.0.” This group is misrepresenting itself by using both our slogan and our magazine logo “WE INSPIRE,” which are the intellectual property of Camerapixo Press (360 Heller Media).

We closed the original group using this name, and no permission has been granted to recreate or use any part of our branding, including slogans, titles, or visual elements.

While this particular logo is not registered or copyrighted, it remains our publishing house’s original creation and intellectual property, and its unauthorized use is a clear case of intellectual property infringement.

We are taking appropriate action to report and address this violation. Protecting our brand and the trust of our community is of the utmost importance.
